Screenshot Preferences?

Question

I'm just wondering if there is any way to set preferences on your screen shots please? Like, the saving location, and the way they are logged?

I found out from another player I can press F6 to get the screenshot while ingame.

But I don't know if there is anyway to change which folder its saving to - right now its defaulting to "My Pictures" on C Drive. This is a location I don't use, and actually store all personal/game related stuff on an entirely different drive.

The other part is if I move/remove a screen shot that was taken (I kinda like to group the ones of different warframes), then the next time I take a screen shot, it fills that number sequence that is missing.

So say I move screen shot warframe0009, but have over 100 shots in the folder, the very next screenshot I take will be warframe0009 and be out of actual sequence.

If I simply moved them all daily, the numbering would start over from 1, and I'd end up with many duplicates out of sequence (this happened a few times when taking glitch shots for tickets/forums).

I suspect the short answer is "no" but, doesn't hurt to ask lol

Thanks ^^

TBH it's better if the filenames are saved with date-time in it.

A preference for picture format (Jpg, png, etc) would be....nice, too I guess?

But as far as I know, the only SS preference is whether to have Huds hidden or not, which isn't available as a short cut key instead (CMON DE!)

Mm the other game I have been playing, I have hundreds of screenshots for different reasons (like logging attendance etc) and I like to categorize them. Some of the shots I have to take every week, and all shots are date and timestamped automatically. It helps to keep everything in sequence, while I'm still able to separate out screenshots.

I wasn't sure if this was just some kind of undeveloped part of warframe or if I had just missed something somewhere (maybe when I installed it) for screen capture control.

Ty for the replies ^^

In the meantime, you could use some third-party overlay software to take the screenshots instead, like FRAPS, Overwolf, xfire, etc. (not sure if they do timestamps - I know overwolf does)

Thank you for the suggestions - I could look into it, providing it doesn't make the game slower for me than it is already, then it sounds like the only solution in the meantime lol
