ShelbyTrooper
On the windows start button (or Home on your keyboard) type services.msc in the "search for programs and archives", search for DNS client, right-click, Restart. same for DHCP Client (maybe DHCP will tell to you that a specific service will come off when you restart it, something about proxy, remember that service name, you will have to restart that service too, he will be in the same window of DNS and DHCP clients) if don't work, reboot your system, if after you still can't login, open a support ticket.
