A common tactic is to use a full FE and Streamline (would make 90%, overkill) and then install a rank 2 Blind Rage to drop it back down to 75%, thus not 'wasting' any mod points and keeping perfect efficiency. RealPandemonium Posted July 29, 2014 Share Posted July 29, 2014 Note that you can equip maxed Fleeting Expertise and maxed Streamline resulting in 90% efficiency, 15% of which is cut off due to the cap. To make use of that extra 15% you can equip a rank 2 Blind Rage, consuming the extra efficicency and bringing you to the cap of 75% while also providing 27% extra power strength, almost as much as another Intensify.
