denshibushi
Before choosing whether to stay or go in interception, Lotus says "more data is being broadcasted". The correct sentence is "more data is being broadcast". I don't think I am a grammar stickler, but every time I hear Lotus say this it is like nails on a chalkboard. (NSW)LilVanu
Have you never broadcast data before?
Nijuroku
Although you're right about "broadcast" being the correct past form, I feel like "broadcasted" should remain to prevent confusion. "Broadcasted" is accepted as the past form anyway.

RainingTerror
I noticed this earlier and ever since it has been really bugging me. I looked it up and it turns out that both broadcast and broadcasted are acceptable, but broadcast is preferred and much more common. https://books.google.com/ngrams/chart?content=it+was+broadcast%2Cit+was+broadcasted&year_start=1800&year_end=2000&corpus=0&smoothing=
