Foundry: Attempting To Claim Mirage Systems Returns An Unknown Error

Hello! Earlier today I tried to claim my mirage systems and the game gave me a "unknown error" pop up. I also had 3 nekros parts, but I was able to claim them with a little lag if any and no fuss.

(Note the error was occuring before I joined a squad; I had went back to the foundry to take a screenshot of the error)

 

After the mission, I recieved a message from Lotus and Ordis that informed me that I was able to continue the mirage quest. So it's fixed for me, I'm posting this incase it happens to some one else, too.

Happened to me trying to claim banshee parts. Bump for resolution.
