If you've been checking the forums since Saturday, you may recall this thread: https://forums.warframe.com/index.php?/topic/275479-late-saturdaysunday-login-issues/ that recalled this weekend's DDoS.

 

Today we kept tabs on the issue in this thread: https://forums.warframe.com/index.php?/topic/277537-072914-cannot-connect-to-server

But this thread has since been locked. We'd like to use this thread here to update you on the situation moving forward to let you know we're standing by and doing everything we can to restore stability with our infrastructure partners. 

 

As it stands, we are undergoing intermittent disruptions in connectivity similar to what occurred this weekend.

 

On Monday we ran a script that refunded boosters purchased during/before this weekend's downtime, and it is likely we will re-run this again in the wake of today's disruptions. We will let you know when this occurs.

Mine are gone.

 

I purchased an affinity and resource chance drop booster on Friday or Sat..not sure but I experienced several hang ups, crashes and freezing during that time.

A good response from DE here, the booster refunds especially are a good step in building trust between players and developers. DE, can you answer us whether this is an internal problem that can be fixed on your end with time, or is this pressure from an outside source? What's your response to what may be an outright attack on your game. Your prudence and patience in handling these issues is debatably legendary, but we're genuinely curious to the full nature of these down times and your response to them. As a player with a more than healthy amount of time sunk into the game- and an addiction to the game, I'm worried for the game as a whole as well as for the community.

I see you were reimbursed yesterday in the form of 40 Platinum with the script. Will find out exactly how we are handling multiple boosters purchased, but I can see at least one of your boosters is definitely accounted for.

Oh ok. Thanks, Rebecca! I didn't notice the Plat, only that the booster was expired. Misunderstood what the script intended.

 

Got it. But yea I had 2 boosters for sure.

Maybe it's the time dwelling on me and compelling me to drift of to sleep but I read you ran a script to reimburse those who had boosters over the weekend that would've expired.

 

Am I correct to assume those who's booster are longer than 3 days will have days added back onto them? I am probably one of many who has the Prime affinity booster of 90 days who is curious to know about this.

 

The answer maybe laying blunt in my face but fatigue is growing.... too much.... to bare....
