Unable To Play Warframe

So a new hotfix has just came out i believe 14.0.11 and for some strange reason a hotfix has caused a hotbug.

 

i am able to see the launch pad when i start warframe, but as it downloads the hotfix it stops and says (and i quote).

 

"Update Failed!

 

Could not update file:

C:\program files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Warframe\Warframe.x64.exe

 

The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

[0x00000020]"

 

Out of all the annoying bugs that I have witnesses, this has never happened and i am confused how to get rid of it. I also would like to know if this is happening to anyone else and if they know how to solve this issue.

Try verifying your game files if you play through steam. If you don't play through steam re-install the game.
