drunkpunk222 Posted February 12, 2013 Posted February 12, 2013 Moves looks good but i m not going to use most of them, i hate console games coz of these moves and gameplay like whole game u jump all the time and need to do "cool" moves to progress and cant without, when its become difficult and gives advantage for addicts then lots of pppl will skip this game , im for sure.

Absolutely none of these "moves" are needed to progress in the game. Now granted, moves like the Wallrun and such may be incorporated for newer zones (I'd like that infact), the crazy mixture of button presses and actions are simply things us players found that bring the original experience up a point or two. Don't worry - none of this except for the base actions fully incorporated will be needed.
Xione Posted February 13, 2013 Posted February 13, 2013 I don't know if anyone knows this but you can backflip is you aim and dodge(v)
Neuromante Posted February 14, 2013 Posted February 14, 2013 if you shift>jump>crouch>melee you can do the 360 dash in midair
Nevrmoor Posted February 14, 2013 Author Posted February 14, 2013 (edited) The Air-Slide looks more like a flying kick now, hidden updates again xD Love you guys! Updating the OP now, tell me if you find anything else! Edited February 14, 2013 by Nevrmoor
Nevrmoor Posted February 14, 2013 Author Posted February 14, 2013 which one Caprica? new in 6.3? dont make me nervous! Tried some things with sword and dagger, but crouch+melee isnt doing anything
Labcat Posted February 14, 2013 Posted February 14, 2013 You can now do the dropkick then Melee spin, to knock the opponent down, and at the same time do reasonable damage. Yay.
Nevrmoor Posted February 14, 2013 Author Posted February 14, 2013 @Labcat You could do that before 6.3, just the kick animation was slightly different, effect was the same

Nevrmoor Posted February 14, 2013 Author Posted February 14, 2013 Yeah, airslide animation reworked or something. Just sprint and jump, when in the air press crouch, everything you hit will get knocked over or get staggered. You can do that from a horizontal wallwalk as well xD just managed to kick an osprey, wish they would fall down...
Labcat Posted February 14, 2013 Posted February 14, 2013 They just made his leg go lower, making it more of a kick.
Nevrmoor Posted February 14, 2013 Author Posted February 14, 2013 and he turns his upper body more to the side. Its just a little thing, but it makes the kick look much more like a special move.
Cinderain Posted February 16, 2013 Posted February 16, 2013 You can now do the dropkick then Melee spin, to knock the opponent down, and at the same time do reasonable damage. Yay. You could always do that! nub :v But the new kick/slide does look very cool, yes.

Kalderyn Posted February 16, 2013 Posted February 16, 2013 All this should really be in the game itself under special tab. In Vindictus every move is animated and clearly states how to do it.
RenamonLover Posted February 19, 2013 Posted February 19, 2013 would be cool if someone made a video showing how to do and how it looks, I gott a question, I already did 3 times, but not sure how or what was it , I teleported next to the enemy ...I aimed ,dashed and pressed E or something and my character made a really cool pose them warped to the enemy I was aiming...
Botskiz Posted February 19, 2013 Posted February 19, 2013 @RenamonLover: Unless you play Loki it was most likely a Grineer Commander switch teleporting you. There's nothing you can do to control it. If you do play as Loki, switch teleport is one of the powers you can learn.

XioKen Posted February 21, 2013 Posted February 21, 2013 Rename you topic's title to "Ninja 101" pl0x.
Nevrmoor Posted February 21, 2013 Author Posted February 21, 2013 hai! well sort of. that would need more details on wallwalking, damage calculation, tactics and frame/ power analysis, not that im not up to that task, but right now the ninja 101 is scattered throughout a bunch of different threads and other websites and wikis. As apprentice ninjas you are supposed to go out there and capture all those threads by yourself! plus, would a ninja "101" thread be called "ninja 101"? *smokebomb*
Battlewizard Posted February 22, 2013 Posted February 22, 2013 Can someone post a video showing the various combos in this thread? Some of them are hard to perform and I'd at least like to see them...
DemonNex Posted February 22, 2013 Posted February 22, 2013 First i gotta say this is a really nice guide, but it'd be awesome if you can also make a video showing how it's done.
xGryphus Posted February 22, 2013 Posted February 22, 2013 (edited) First of all - good job, realy useful guide. Also I don't belive it's something new but death from above special effects: GRAM - knocks nearby enemies on the ground (even works on some bosses) DUAL HEAT SWORDS - sets nearby enemies on fire (works great on infestated - just get on some crate and spam it while those ugly bastards wander where did you go) Edited February 22, 2013 by xGryphus
