Foundry Ui Problems

The UI spacing in the foundry just cost me 25 plat that I didn't have to lose.  I thought I was claiming a completed item (one of several), but my character blocked the icon and the bar was nearly complete (less than an hour remaining of a 12 hour build time).  A simple slip resulted in a double-click that both selected the item and then paid 25 plat to rush it the less than 10% to completion.  Having spent my own money on this plat instead of trading for it, I am obviously not happy about that.  The UI has become overly complicated, and the fancy addition of showing our warframes in the screen while working in the foundry or on mods has just become an annoyance rather than a feature, and now a costly annoyance for me.

But... the time remaining is shown in top of the progress bar, and that one is not blocked by the warframe. Even if it is, a "CLAIM" or "RUSH" text is shown in the bottom right corner of the item box. It was your silly fault because you did not get used to the new UI. I think the support team may be able to do something for you.

Not arguing that it wasn't at least partially my fault.  More potassium will probably reduce the little muscle spasms I've been having, which haven't been an issue until now at least.  I got overzealous in claiming without checking more carefully claiming several quickly, but I do genuinely believe that if I had been able to see the icon (a helmet, which I knew was the last of 3 Trinity pieces still cooking) I would have been able to avoid it.  How do I contact these mythical and powerful 'support team' folks?
