Issue About Purchasing Platinum

Hello, I'm a Taiwan player and I just purchased 75 platinum with my VISA card.

 

This is not my first time purchasing Platinum, but it's the first having problem like this.

The purchasing page shows purchase successful, and I received massage on my cellphone says the same thing.

 

But when I log in my account in game, I didn't receive the75 platinum.
I do tried log out and log in again  but it remain the same.

 

I have another game account and tried to purchase with this account, and I do receive the platinum I purchased.

Could you guys helping me by checking about the trading details or what goes wrong?

My friend told this problem may have have sometime about the stability issue now?
if it's so, keep on the good work and I'll wait patiently. :)

Well, good news is I receive the75 platinum now.
