The Color (Set) Sharing Program Redux

First (and so far only) color pack I bought - Twilight, so I can wear the Saints' Purple into battle.

 

Immediately colored Frosty:

Primary - Twilight E12

Secondary - Twilight A3

Tint Color 3 - Gamma B18

Tint Color 4 - Default

Went more or less realistic: many battles resulting in more washed out colors. A3 was really close to Frost Prime's gold trim, but a bit washed out, will probably change it when I get Classic Saturated E11, which seems to be closer.

 

On the other hand A3 fit perfectly to Ember Prime's trim, but I never use her:

Primary - Twilight C18

Secondary - Twilight A3

Tint Color 3 - Default

Tint Color 4 - Default

 

After the Oberon change in U14.5 I experimented on him a little:

Primary - Twilight E18

Secondary - Gamma A18

Tint Color 3 - Twilight A15

Tint Color 4 - Default

Using a saturated dark shade for primary and saturated light shade for tint color 3 gave him a nice look that I've seen before, but can't put my finger on anything. Twilight A3 was too washed out so I left the default yellow. It's complimentary to purple anyway.

Hm, it seems like the color changes didn't really affect me so much. Sure, some colors had to be lightened up, but aside of this, my frames still look to my liking:

I don't have a set palette for all warframes, so if something interests you- ask away.

Finally got Frost rebuilt today after deleting him so long ago to make space for his prime counterpart, so I thought I'd get some new colour schemes going for him.

First off is "Iced Over"


Second is "Jack Frost"


And third is "Angelic Storm"

Oberon - Father Earth

Similarly to my Saryn, I wanted to make him very nature-like, but not plants obviously. He's a goat after all. Additionally, I made his energy this color because I'm thinking of his radiation power as him harnessing the power of the Sun (he can create radiation and can blind people too, so I like this idea for myself).

I found that the default red and the default purple make good primary/secondaries. Couple that with some colors from the Lotus set and you get this. Really digging the purple fade here.

Cool, a colour sharing thread!

 

I've been using the same-ish colour scheme for a long time - purple and green from the Infested palette, with black and white from a few different sources. The selections below used to be only slightly different before the colour changes. I've included my pre-Gamma selections for black and white for people who don't have the Gamma palette. I'll share my colour sets for my two most-used frames.

 

Here's how my Nyx colour set has changed with the different skins, original, Immortal and Prime:

 

 

All three use Infested B11 for purple, Infested B6 for the green highlights and Infested A5 for the green energy; Gamma E16 for white (formerly Easter E8); Gamma A18 for black (formerly Storm A10).

 

Nyx is my favourite frame, but before Nyx Prime came out I was using Mirage quite often as well:

 

 

The colours in order are: Infested B11, Easter B4, Storm A9, Gamma E16, Infested A5.

I feel like the old thread should be unlocked... I've found that I could recreate some of the old color schemes by mixing the Legacy color palettes and the colors we have currently.

 

Anyways, I'll share a few of my personal (and some of my favorites from the previous thread) color schemes. If there's a ** by the name, it's using the Immortal Skin. (Casardis, I challenge you to make a Hydroid and Limbo color scheme...). I'll update  these with fancy pictures if I find a better color scheme / get all the cosmetics.

Yo, whatup? I'd like to contribute to the thread myself by sharing color sets that I'm sure is going to wow you, if you're a Touhou fan. I haven't looked at all the past posts, even from the old thread, but I'll bet Touhou color palettes were done once. I should note though, some colors were based on the looks and patterns of the frames, others based on resemblances. Oh, and because I'm a PS4 player, trying to get the best picture without all the lighting or text everywhere is near impossible. Here we go!

I wanted to follow a theme coloring for myself for all my 'frames and equipment, but I'm a very indecisive person with this kind of stuff. In the end, I chose to go with grey. I love grey. It's subtle - not too dark, not too light.

that's very similar to the colors I use for my mesa and I have begun to spread them out among my other warframes. Its a great desert looking theme for mesa but anyone really

It is threads like this that I wished that we had a star-rating system for post in this forum. The upvote is too misleading, since older posts have more chance of getting more votes. A star-rating system will give the mean rating all readers so far have for the vote.

 

Then if we have a gallery like this, we can show our preference and appreciation for individual post (assuming 1 item shown per post).

 

Come to think of it, will need a system to sort the posts in a thread by star-rating as well!

 

Anyway, keep the good stuff rolling in!
