Unable To Do Anything After Joining Mission; Junk On Screen; Chat Disconnects Constantly

Joined a Themisto, Jupiter run, this is what showed when I got in. The game was proceeding as usual around me, I just couldn't do anything. The only thing that still worked was chat. Had to Alt+F4 out of the game.

 

Also, the problem with chat disconnecting all the time is back again
