Aiming Bug/glitch?

After today's update, I cannot seem to aim up or down or anywhere in between, but aiming left or right works just fine.

Sometimes it "lets go" of my mouse and allows me to aim upwards or downwards for a minute, but then it gets stuck again and I cannot switch my angle afterwards.

At first I thought "only on the ship perhaps", so I went to the dojo and the same thing happens, I am unable to aim up or down with my mouse.

Then I thought, "maybe it doesn't happen in missions?", oh boy was I wrong. I joined a survival mission on Mercury, and wouldn't you know it, I cannot aim up or down. Ended up spending a few minutes in the mission shooting at grineer feet, then being forced to quit because it just got frustrating.

Some of my clanmates have also reported the same problem.

I have tried messing with all the relevant game settings to try and fix it myself, but to no avail.

Someone please help, the game is unplayable for me in this condition.

this is definatly an odd bug, you could try this though

"When the game is not running, try going to %LOCALAPPDATA%\Warframe and deleting all the funny named folders (like F36423HGJYG5434000 ) and any .cfg files. This will clear you config settings and hopefully any glitches."

Definitely trying this.

Edit: I figured out that it might have been a peripheral device causing the problem, 'cause once I unplugged it from my USB hub, the problem just disappeared. Thanks for replying to my topic though, it's nice to see that people actually help.
