DE copy-pasted like 85% of the weapon from the Mutalist Quanta, so why not keep the spinning firing animation too? It looks even more $&*&*#(%& now when it ain't spinning. It spins, there's some "recoil" as it spins faster and it drains more energy/fires faster. Better than a flux rifle with an explosive alt mode. I havent tried it yet but I am interested in it. Looks like it functions like the shock rifle from Unreal.
