They seem to be the rarest beacons from what i can tell all i get are omega's and deltas with an occasional gamma here and there. But almost never get a kappa? but apparently from what i read delta's are the rarest now they seem to be super common for me. (yes i am aware of the fact that in 14.0.8 prosecuters drop the other beacons in missions outside of endless type. but NO prosecuter's ever spawn outside of survival and defense for me)
