Dont Make Me Grind My @$$ Off To Get A Kubrow, And Then Kill It Off If I Cant Support It Anymore.

Thats basically it.

As for the feed back part... Just make it go to 20% less health, and then unusable until it gets back up to 0% more health. I dont have the credits for 100k every 10 - 12 days. Im at 35k credits and barely able to keep that at this point. Yah once you have everything, then 100k is nothing. I 110% know that feel. But if I can't afford to keep my kubrow alive, dont kill it off.

The statis thing was a bad mechanic.

I don't want to have to press a button everytime im not using my kubrow, and then press another button and wait 3 hours to use my kubrow again when I want to. Its one of the WORST mechanics in ANY game I've ever played and actually ENJOYED. (There you go)

Its worse than the color randomizer mechanic that happened a while ago imho.

Sorry. You'll read in the comments that I did a poor job relaying the matter, and I'm sorry, I guess it sounded too flameish. Sorry. It didnt sound like that when I was making it, and I did not intend on doing that so Im sorry. So I deleted basiclly all of it, so if some of the comments dont make sense... well now you know. Sorry once again.

Though you wish to remove a mechanic, you do a very poor job relaying that in a manner that is not flamebait. Your topic will likely get locked though many people agree with you.

Edit: It begins.

Wow, you've seriously played some PERFECT games, if the WORST mechanic in ANY game you've ever seen is a health deterioration on an optional PET. I think you're in some kind of blind rage or something, because this is the silliest thread I've seen in a long time.

Seriously... Stasis. The only way you can't support a kubrow is if you don't get to play very often and you leave it out of stasis for long periods of time.

The mechanics not perfect but you're being wayyyyy over dramatic. Just chuck it on ice everytime you're going to be away for more then a day.

Simple.

It wasn't really flaming, it was more of just sampling his use of capital letters, because that adds to the silliness.

Since a statis cooldown is a mechanic DE really want to have implemented, it would make far more sense to have the 3 hour timer start when the kubrow is put into stasis, and only be available to un-freeze after that, being usable instantly, or with a 60 second thaw to preserve lore etc.

Not sure if you guys realize this is feedback thread and not general discussion. No need to get your panties in a bunch over so,some else's feedback

Doesn't mean we can't discuss the topic, no?

Besides, I've seen enough of these kubrow threads to last me a life time.

I don't feel the rage OP and others evidently do over some minor upkeep.

But each to their own.

Sure you can discuss it but more often than not it just ends up in people bashing the op and bein off topic like we are (lol).

But I agree that the whole upkeep loyalty no death opinions and imprint systems need to be looked at.

Presentation aside, I completely agree with the op, and made a thread on this myself earlier today. I'm fine with Kubrows requiring upkeep to stay in top form, but if I'm fine with my Kubrow getting a little puggy around the middle then I should be able to keep him indefinitely, maintenance free. At the very least it shouldn't DIE!

If you can no longer support it or you don't want to support it?  It doesn't cost plat to keep them alive it cost 100k credits. Those credits give you 6 stabilizers to keep your kubrow alive for 12 days if you use one every 2 days. If you can't raise 100k in 10-12 days and refuse to use stasis you are basically abandoning it.

The only thing I do agree with is that maybe they shouldn't die. perhaps just be unusable till you get them back up to the middle mark. And seeing as you can only inject them with puppy steroids once a day, it will take awhile and be enough of a punishment for you neglecting your furry friend.

Neglect your kubrow = not being able to use him/her for a few days till you get them back on their feet.

Better?

Didnt read OP read part of his title. Just here to say that I am in the process of killing a kubrow since its the only way to free up space for another without paying plat for another stasis slot. It takes 10 DAYS to die, I have 6 I don't like. So it will take me 2 months to kill all 6 of them, and I still have no control whatsoever over what I get unless I use plat to buy imprints. Plus did I mention that animal cruelty is the only option I have that doesnt involve payment to make space for another kubrow. I need to watch it slowly die over the span of 10 days. I'd rather pay 10 plat to scramble the colour and fur pattern of my kubrow than pay 10p for a new slot and wait for incubation and maturity or wait the 10 days till it dies. Although due to complaints DE removed that and I am basically stuck with my rejects for a while or maybe forever. :\

I like this idea. The 3 hour thaw is just too much. Or maybe cut the thaw after to an hour. Otherwise you have to wake up in the morning with the foresight to thaw your dog, go do some other stuff, and then come back and play.
