Affinity Challenges With Warframe Abilities Not Working/registering For Me Last Few Days

The bonus affinity challenges that you get at start of mission that says "Use your first warframe ability 5 times" and "Use your warframe ability once" haven't worked for me the last few days. They never get completed no matter how many times I use my abilities. And yes I know the second challenge is to use your "ultimate" #4 ability. Typical when I have had affinity booster too, lots of bonus affinity I have lost...

Would be nice if you could show which challenge is active when you press escape or something during a mission too since it doesnt always show up at start.

Since update 14, the affinity objective hasn't shown at the start of any regular mission for me. I have posted this bug and metioned it in several of the hotfix notes about it not showing anymore but it still hasn't got fixed. I get it right at the start of an alert mission just never on any regular missions. Always worked fine for me before update 14 but not after. I am inclined to think that at this point, since it has been posted since update 14 came out and several times since, that they aren't going to fix it. But I hope they do, it is quite annoying trying to figure out what it is I am supposed to do for it.
