Alad V Buff

Hey everyone,

I have no problems with any other boss other than Alad V.

 

Any suggestions/tips to defeat him other than Mag Shield Polarize?

I tried using builds for Soma, Penta, and even Latron prime using high end damage heavy mods adding electricity and ice, nothing seems to be effective.

 

Is there anything out there to suggest please?

Phage, fully loaded with multishot, all damage mods, and magnetic damage.

 

Eats right through Alad and Zanuka like butter. No need for any powers. Even works fine when he's scaled way up due to your high-level gear.

Don't get explosive weapons, get weapons that do a constant stream of damage (IE soma, boltor P, phage).

Load up on magnetic, down Salad quickly then focus on zanuka.

 

You can still EZ mode them with Rhino too.

I tried tons of times with Rhino and Soma. And yes, multiples builds using Magnetic (Electricity + Ice). 

I still have no luck. Teach me your ways lol. Perhaps I need a Boltor or Phage...

Well did it with Rhino, but can excal do ?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Basically alad V stops getting affected by stomp the moment you attacked him.

So when I switch to excal I use radial blind instead since it is more spammable and much greater range.

 

Also I tried using Jet Kittag, once you lure Alad V to a corner and shoot him down.

Zanuka will run over, then using a jump attack will send that mutt flying over the railing.

 

But this takes a bit of finesse as you need to stay alive as Salad needs time to rush over there.

 

 

I have also done once with Rhino Prime just gunning him down.

Without using the jet kitty method of course.

Yeah I used almost the same mod setup, just without infested clip.

I found my problem, I was doing it with other people, now he melts (Because he was level ~35 ish).
