You know, people generally react negatively to posts like yours because :

- you don't have to use caps, it won't make the message clearer (even less)

- "PLS GET IT FIXED ASAP" will never help. If you submit a bug, of course they will try to fix it. Asking for "ASAP" won't help.

- A huge number of other posts say the same thing as yours, so there's no need to create a new one. Search before posting.
