Anybody Else Hearing Masssive Echoey Badness On Voice Chat?

Joined a squad and tried to use voice chat, but the other person said that my chat was all echoey and not understandable. I tested with the in-game "Test microphone" feature (sound options tab) and that had all kinds of echo problems.  This problem Trying to get a sense of how widespread this is.  As far as I now this just started happening recently.

Every time I have ever heard someone use voice chat it was super loud and echo-y.

 

As far as I know, this has always been an issue.

Was the sound is like some sharp buzzing noise?  I'm having this on my laptop but not on my pc.

i had to tell every person so far to turn it off.  Too much static nonsense.

I also never understood a single word from anyone using voice chat in this game.

Well, it seemed to start as just an echo, then buildt into a horrific, loud buzzing if I keep transmitting.

 

Not doing it at the moment though. :|
