Cannot Escape From Invasion "choose Faction" Screen

When you click on an invasion node, you get a screen that lets you choose which side to support.  There is an Exit button available but it does nothing.   The escape key will not back out of it.  Clicking the main menu button in the upper left will spawn the main menu and it is active, but the faction choice screen remains stuck open.

 

The X button in the upper right seems to be the only thing that works here.

When you get into the "choose a faction option" it'll have a black or sort of dark-grayish colored X which you tap to back out of the options.

When selecting an invasion (Grineer vs Corpus) both the clickable exit button in the bottom right and the hotkey to go back (mouse) both are unresponsive. A user must select either Grineer or Corpus before then can cancel the mission.

Until recently, the selection screen still had the X in the top right corner. This has been removed with either 14.5 or 14.6 - but someone seems to have forgotten to map the "Exit" button accordingly. However, Escape (keyboard, mouse shoulder button is bound to something else) still works to exit the selection screen.

Sorry, yes, this problem still exists. (That's why I went looking for this thread in the first place. ;))
