Mission Bonus Pop Up Window

I think the bonuses should have a better visibility, more often than not, the pop up bonus window fade out too fast after you are done loading inside the mission to see what you need to do to get your extra affinity, it should be lingering on the left of the screen just like the main goals.

Yeah, they difinatly need to add the "Challenge Reward" (previously called "Focus Objective") to the Mission Progress screen.
