I have find this bug when I have polarized my Nova, after the polarization the Nova's XP in the player statistics have completely blocked and therefore not updated. That was happen on my Boltor prime too, before the polarization the XP was updated after every missions and now is blocked. You can check it yourself by polarizing an item and check after this polarization the amount of XP at every missions. I specify : only XP is blocked and no kills or other stats in player statistics. Or are you saying that you aren't getting any more progress towards your mastery, in which case that is not a bug. That's how its intended.
