Even though I'm having great time playing this awesome game, I have to admit, the pvp system is very broken. So yeah... here's a concept I hope you guys would consider. The worst of conclave has to be all the op and abilities. If a valkyr gets the energy, everyone will be dead by hysteria. If saran gets it, she can just cast miasma and melt everything. So why not balance it by giving you a bunch of well balanced abilities you can choose to use before the match? That way the game would be much more balanced and fun. Secondly, weapons. Even though it's not as big as an issue as warframe abilities, it can still be irritating at times. Example: Marelok. Why would anyone use a hard hitting bow if you can just use a semi auto fast firing pistol that fan 1 shot everything? So instead of that, why not letting you pick a set of well balanced weapons before the game? Maybe a all around automatic rifle, or maybe a high damage bolt action sniper rifle... you know, etc... My point is: in conclave, we shouldn't allowed to use our own loadouts, because we can always find a way to be overpowered. Balance is the main thing in pvp, I'm sure everyone will have so much fun if you devs can make conclave balanced. I hope you guys can take this concept under consideration. :) love your game. Daz. Posted August 4, 2014 Share Posted August 4, 2014 Hysteria isn't a probelm if you stay away from her till timer runs out. But Hysteria is annoying when they revive their teammates while being "Godmode" Never seen alot of saryns in conclave..so don't know about that. all weapons are nerfed..so 1 shot marelok only works with alot of forma or new players with 300-500 sheilds and health. aside from that, conclave is still fun against people with good loadouts and fair play...but not with some "R / QT / Reflex" noobs. I'll inform you on the PC changes to conclave/PVP: -All damage dealt to shields reduced by 50% -All damage dealt to health reduced by 25% -Hysteria's duration reduced to 5 seconds. -Some insignificant damage nerfs to Ash. (Bladestorm still one-shots) -Wall-running was nerfed significantly on accident. -Damage multipliers for some of the weapons were reduced (will link the patchnotes for this in a spoiler at the bottom) -Melee'ing your opponent now causes them to stagger. (This cannot be found in the patchnotes, but they haven't fixed it yet... so...) Reduced the damage multipliers across multiple weapons in an effort to provide a more balanced playing field across all weapons. Details of these weapons involved:Boltor damage multiplier reduced from 2.0 to .75 Acrid damage multiplier from 1 to .25 Damage multipliers for the Amprex, Brakk, Drakgoon, Karak, Hind, Marelok, Mutalist Quanta, Tysis, AkLato, Burston Prime, Lato, Braton, Tetra, Tigris all normalized (no more arbitrary multipliers). So basically, Conclave is much different on PC than it is on PS4... However, I'll offer this bit of advice: If someone is killing you with abilities, the only way you can counter it is by denying energy.
