Banshee's Silence Not Stunning As Client?

Silence doesn't stun anymore in Client. Tried in two games and same result.

 

Thoughts? Can anyone else test it?

Try it on host first to see if the stun still applies. 

 

If the stun does not apply, then it is likely that it is a nerf.

 

If the stun does apply, it could be connection problems or a client-side bug.

EDIT: Good call Renegade. I was being too hasty. Silence does seem to work correctly as Host. Will edit my post.

Just tested it, and I can confirm that Silence will not stun if the Banshee is a client. I ran some Survivals last night and Silence wasn't working at all, yet playing solo made it work just fine.

Can confirm this too, hosted various void defence missions and Silence successfully stunned enemies with in the AoE. Joined another game as a client and nothing. The "silence" effect works, and enemies in the radius get the energy effect, but no AoE stun.
