Door and Extraction issues on same mission

I was playing as Excalibur, and used my sword dash power right through a door, only to have it close behind me with the annoucement that it required a key, which naturally, was earlier in the map. This left me trapped and unable to go back, a potentially map breaking issue if the path to extraction was further back.

As well as that, I was also asked to find 4 datamass units, but the game allowed me to leave after only gathering 2. The objective counter said there was 4.
