Color Pallete Bug

Just after 14.2 released -

 

My color palettes are significantly changed. Infested and Valentine are noticeably different. They are both significantly brighter than before (I.E. Reds have become pinker, blues more towards sky color, etc). Yet any changes from before that I had made to appearances remain the old colors. I know specifically which color I used, and if I reapply it, they change to a brighter, whitened version than from before. I LIKED my old palette choices, so I hope this wasn't something you did on purpose? I hope it is just a bug and you have a fix for me D:!

This was part of a recent update. An option exists to put things like they used to be.

check if you have "legacy colors" checked in option. since you want darker Disable that option

There was a thread explaining why the colors changed.

If you logged on around that time (within 2 weeks) you would have gotten a Gamma palette that had some old-style colors.

 

If not, you can go into your game settings and tell it to use the old styles if you prefer that for the older palettes.

 

Personally I just changed the colors I use and things are fine now, so try that.

Wow thanks! I totally forgot that I clicked that option thinking it had to do with my HUD for some odd reason lol. Works!
