Only to have the settings changed and then suffer through immense FPS drops as you try to lower it down in a slideshow? I mean it is only logical to keep the same visual settings, if the PC couldn't handle the previous account's settings why would it to another account. That said, it is notched down from what it was like a year ago (not all settings transfer now) but in my opinion if you log in to a completely whole new account it should ask you if you want controls to change to fit from the new account and that's it.
