Voice Chat Problems.

My mic works everywhere else except in Warframe.
Yes, I am pushing C and no the in game mic test is not registering. Yet i can steam voice chat while running the test. It is something in the game.

 

I have seen this thread many times but no answer ever comes up besides: "push C," "no one uses it," and other tangents to that respect.

I found something that seems to work. I reset my settings to default then did the microphone test and it worked. After that I just set my settings back. However, the sensitivity is horrible and you can barely be heard.

I have yet to try this again so someone post if they get the same result.

Send in a bug report and attach your EE.log. I did it March 28, and no resolution yet. They might need more data ...

So -that's- why it took so long until I had to disable that option 'cause of someone who screams and sings during a run. In most games it happens on the first day. :-]

I don't know how do to that just yet.

 

However, the fix, i have found, is not perment but still repeatable. It usually lasts until you restart the game, sometimes longer. Meanwhile, you are still to quite for anyone to hear so it is a waste of time.
