Kaotyke
I once saw a Rhino die earlier than me. Wot u say m8? I once saw an Oberon, a Booben and a Rhino dying earlier than me when we were fighting Excavation with enemy level 60+ Excal: What happened to you guys? *enemies around Excal were smoking from the heads* Rest of the Team: Just...... lets get out. *Excal looks at the Cryo Score: 5k and something* Excal: ok Oberon might be a worthwhile investment. Now he is, VERY usefull. You dont know how many times I had an "Oh Crap!" moment in infested Defence when I was being hooked to an Venomous Eximus or was Disrupted, Just put Overextended and Strech on Oberon if you want an anti-proc carpet and doesnt care for Power Strenght
CaptainJohnson
Hallowed Ground will probably warrant its own build, honestly. It just conflicts with Renewal and Reckoning too much for my tastes-- you might be able to keep Hallowed Ground & Reckoning, but at the cost of weakening Renewal severely-- you also really need that one extra slot to make all your abilities more useful. I prefer mobile play, so I admit that Hallowed Ground will take the B or C upgrade slot, but it's definitely incredibly useful. The armor buff, less so; maybe if it mitigated a smaller portion of damage, like with Trinity's Blessing or Mirage's Eclipse, but it'd have to be much smaller. As it stands, the armor buff is just not as important as the proc immunity

Now I have to do another build with HG specifically in mind. Though I'd probably only use it on Defense missions.
Noble_Cactus
Rhino's Iron Skin only protects itself though. Oberon can confer the same bonus to everyone else that's not a Rhino. Not to mention that Iron Skin is also made of paper on higher difficulties. With HG, you can probably sit in the carpet and drop health restores/Renewal through whatever damage you do take. I haven't played any long survivals/Excavations with the new Oberon yet, though. Edited September 1, 2014 by Noble_Cactus
