Ui Disappeared After Revive

I ran a mission on Sechura as a lvl 30 Mirage with no weapons besides an unranked Quanta that I just got from the Foundry. On wave 10, I had Eclipse and Hall of Mirrors active at the same time when I got down by a Charger. I bled out before a teammate could revive me. I used up my first of 3 revives and, when I spawned back in, my UI was gone for the rest of the mission.

Happened to me while running a Excavation mission, and those are BIGGG maps.

no map, no hp, no skill list, no player-list, no excavator stats

and no Crosshairs (what i would give for a shotgun)

 

also lotus disappeared
