I Am Bored Of The Grind, Is There Some Sort Of Mission Or Gamemode On Warframe's That's Fun?

Because I simply am tired of the grind but the concept is just too amazing, is there any gamemodes/mission that you think is fun (or funner than the average?)

I did alot of Infested survival before the Dark Sector PvP update but now the taxes are way too high which pretty much makes me not want to do it. Excavation is fun for a while but it got boring fast too.

I find it kind of interesting that many of the suggestions are essentially "start over" or "gimp yourself until we get new content."

I think PvP deserves more love by the devs. I know, that's a PvE-focused game and for PvP warframes should be strongly reviewed to balance 'em, however  think that could be a great touch. I am not thinking about anything that difficult, i think even a slight review of the actual conclave system with rewards or something like that could add spicy to the ones who are getting annoyed by all that grind.
