Loss Of The Ranks After The New Update

I was at Rank 9 & was close to get Rank 10 level up,but after the new update these week im forced back to start from rank 0.seriously whats wrong & did it happen with anyone else,

 

Please help me to slove the issue

ya i feel the same way,i was thinking not play the game again if i dont get my rank back.but the above link is not working it says in

The link is fine. Simply hit 'Submit a Request' in the upper right corner. Try to provide as much relevant information as you can.

I am so sorry to hear that.

But DE has a great customer service so I know they will make it right.

Be patient though as they are experiencing heavy volume of tickets at the moment.
