Loss Of Movement And Ui Functionality After Clicking Accept Then Decline

When someone invites you but the group is full after you click Accept (you're told by the message), then if you click Decline to try to close the invite box but it won't close, then if you hit ESC to get out of menus to ship, it will result loss of character movement and UI functionality except chat box.

I also experienced the same issue, after accepting the invite while moving through navigation menu this happened :
