Basilisk1991 Posted September 4, 2014 Share Posted September 4, 2014 (edited) I would assume they specifically want to use quests for things that are highly scripted rather than just as a way to showcase a new game mode, I'm willing to bet my left kidney that we will have quests around getting the Arcwing come update 15 though, as well as using it.
