Is there any point to upgrading your Warframe's powers? For example, on the MAG Warframe there is a power called "Pull", I can upgrade it, but it doesn't say that it upgrades anything. But it must do something, right? Why else allow them to be upgraded?

It increases the damage, range, duration, etc.

 

What increases and to what extent depends on the power itself.

Pull increases range and damage.

Shield Polarize increases range and percentages.

Bullet Attractor increases the size of the attractor and the damage multiplier.

Crush increases the range.
