Rank Quest Bug (3 Days With Ticket Open On Support And Still The Same)

I'm trying do my Rank quest (0 to 1) since 3 days to ago, and i still get the same bug, when i click to start, its show message to confrim and i do it... but instead appear the Loading Screen just appear Black Screen and i still waiting... 30 seconds after appear Loading Screen, but is my Tenno backing to the base...

I have Printscreen and Video to prove that, but i cant post it on forum, idk why

There are thousands of players with open tickets. It may take longer than three days to get a response.

 

Anyway, this is a known issue and they're currently gathering data to figure out the exact cause of the issue and why it's only affecting a very small number of players.

It took them 7 days to see my ticket for somebody that has harassed me ingame. With the new console out, I think they have their hands full with all the new bugs that comes with it.

I already oppned 2 more tickets, now i got other new bug at my rank class "Loading Screen Forever with blue bar full" i wait like 30min to enter in my rank class but nothing happended, i had to close my game and wait more 24h... when i finally tried again i had passed, but in other day when i try again to other rank, puf, Black Screen of Death again... this is really annoying, i already lose 4 days... im at rank 2 atm when i could be rank 4 or 5 (because of my maestry ofc)

i have the same problem with you, I'm Rank 8 turning to 9 ... I've met this bug twice because of 1 day waiting ... it's annoying
