Never Got Operation Cryotic Front Rewards

First off, i really enjoyed operation cryotic front but what really put me off is that i didn't get the mod set reward even though I got passed the 1000 cryotic required. All my other friends who played and got passed 1000 cryotic got the mod set instantly but I didn't. I thought that if I waited until the operation was over I would get the reward. If anyone knows what happened please help me.

u need 2000 for cryo mod set

 

if u took a screenshot of ur score send it to support

Did you get the score in one mission?  Because it was not cumulative.

Both of these are really what you need to know and if you didn't take a screenshot still try support but it might have been to long for them to do anything without proof.

Also you said you got 1000 Cryotic... not 1000 points?!

Are those connected? I don't think so right?

It's possible to get 1000 cryotic but still only like 300 points on Earth?

Maybe he got 1000cryotics in total, not 1000points in a run :p Well..it only take your best score of a round, it does not round up to 1000score if u play  like 500 300 200
