Grustrag 3 Messages Showing Up But Not Appearing And Then My Screen Froze Up As Well Is This To Do With It?

My team were playing on Sechura and the grustrag 3 messages started appearing but they never appeared and then there was no extracting screen and after that my screen froze is this to do with them not appearing?

I had the same thing happen to a group I was in today. Nobody had a screen freeze but it did cause us to never get an option to leave after many 5 wave intervals.
