Rank Up Bug

Hello Tech support,

 

I just recently maxed my rank 5 and was about to rank up. I did'nt even load the mission that i was back on the ship like nothing happened. I try to rank up again but i need to wait 24h seeing a message that i failed the mission. I've seen threads about this topic that the rank up mission failed up to 3 days in a row. How do we fix this?

Just to let you know the forums isn't tech support, if you want to get help from DE with the issue your having, it would be better to send in a support ticket so DE's support team can try to help you with this issue.
