Frost Prime Neck Too Narrow For Aurora Helmet Clipping Badly. Black Texture Showing Through

Not sure when this started happening but the hard-coded black underside of the Frost aurora helmet is now clipping through the "collar" on the Frost Prime body mesh

 

Here is what is should look like:

The thing is that Frost Prime has a different "neck" than regular Frost. In fact, he's kinda missing some of his collar in the Prime. That's why his neck looks slightly thinner, and why it shows the nasty parts of alt helmets.

 

My personal opinion is that it's kind of a design flaw as a result of being one of the first Prime.

This isn't true. Frost primes' neck is exactly the same layout, texture (save the tint mask), normal map as frost , _except_ the mesh has been accidentally squashed or mis-rigged resulting in horrific clipping/punch-through.

 

Here's a comparison image, you can see the mesh is the same just mis-positioned. It's most obvious on the Aurora helmet where the un-textured portion of the underside of the helmet shows through:
