You have to get 71,089,384 xp and then more to see it grow again. Thats not right. Your item/warframe rank gets reset to 0, you have to level him again. Overall XP is not touched. I think he means that the overall XP stays the same but in order for you to increase it more you have to get that overall XP amount all over again. Yeah the profile will show it's rank 30 with the max amount xp you had. That won't change before you've got the same amount of xp after using the forma though.
