What To Do If I Want To Merge My Warframe Hours/account With My Steam Account?

It has been a while since I've used Steam and so I got bored and began to run Steam. I want to merge my Warframe account with my Steam account cause why not? I was wondering if I should contact support... or is there a way to do it yourself without calling for help?

I don't think you can merge warframe and steam account/hours together, best bet would be to download warframe using steam and use steam to launch warframe. And for account you can't play warframe with just steam account (same goes for ps4 and xb1 can't use psn or xb account to play wf you have to create separate wf account) or merge you accounts.

if you download and launch warframe through steam you'll instantly get all the achievements if that is what you mean

When you first fire up Warframe thru steam it should ask you if you want to link your steam account to WF.
