Can't Build Blueprint Because Of Another Blueprint

So, I want to build the Dual Ether blades and i have all the necessary components but two of them (Morphics 2/1 and salvage 450/450) are grayed out and it wont let me build it. I'm thinking because the Ascaris Negator is using the same resources and they aren't grayed out that this blueprint isn't letting me make the other one, but you cant delete the blueprint or the item anyway... If I'm wrong someone please correct me and tell me what I'm doing wrong. I have all the components and the credits to cover the construction... help?

This is because the resource display for the foundry on XB1 is bugged.

Dual Ethers actually require 3 morphics and 800 salvage.

 

If you have that many of those materials, you should be able to build the item.
