Ingame Voice Is Too Loud Or Never Works

there's a slider to change voice volume, but it works bad.

When i adjust it with my microphone - nobody hears me and i hear others very loud.

if i max volume, then people just leaves after i say "hello".

 

I propose to split that voice volume for own microphone and for "other players voice"

 

own microphone is to adjust a proper level to play without press button - "voice activation" and this level should be normalized, so it wasn't too loud for others. - right now it's not working with press button for me.

 

and the "other players" - is just a level to hear others normalized.

because anyway i cannot hear myself in fact i think that "my voice" level can limit others as well, just set the same amlitude for this kind of sound.
