(PSN)Hasad
I'd just like to propose a new kubrow mod "fetch" which operates much like carriers vacuum but is not breed specific. This might also quiet down some of those grumblers who would like to see vacuum as a nonspecific sentinel ability. Besides it just makes sense. If it has already been suggested, sorry I didn't dig too deep back into the forums. Hasad
DSpite
No. You want Carrier ability, use Carrier. We already had a radius boost to personal Pickups, it was more then enough. This is just because people "miss out" on mods running past, it has nothing to do with making the game better overall.

Except that Scott has already stated that Carrier's representation has led to him considering giving Vacuum to all sentinels (the delay, I assume, is connected to him deciding what to do with Carrier). Fetch is an expectation for when that comes.
(PSN)Hasad
Don't like it don't use it. For some people it makes it better. I agree that you should use carrier if you want vacuum. I really don't want to see all of the sentinels having that ability. This would however give kubrow an ability that makes actual sense.
JalakBali
No, doge! Get the ammo, not this bottom half of a Grineer Butcher! OK, good doge! Now let it go! Let it go, doge! LET GO! (PSN)FatFltBlkLaZPig
Maybe a Equilibrium Mod that tranfers to owner. Or a Range/Power increase if dog is by its owner. Theres alot of great potential for the Bond in between Tenno and its loyal Kubrow. I wouldnt mind a menu to dictate a little more or his reactions. When to shield or not to attacks. Like the Huras Cast Cloak on owner if Health drops below %90/75/50/25 or upon shield depletion. Sunika Attacks lower ranked Enemies. Higher ranked. Melee or ranged a choice of whom is your VIP. Not just Waypoint. Not to attack if shield is depleted i believe Raska Barks to Stun Apply it when shields depleted or in the presence of certain enemies Sahasa (Not sure What this kubrow does or how to apply this theory Cant really think of too much more right now but i would love to see this after a few updates. Maybe even come up with new kubrow/ warframe at the same time along with more mods

NutritionalValue
I don't mind if they still kept Vacuum to Carrier only (Carrier is best sentinel after all) But adding a copy of Vacuum to kubrows would actually make me consider using them, especially on Raksa since they have a better version of sentinel's Guardian mod, and if added with a copy of Vacuum it would make Raksa a better Carrier (more health and shield, personal shield generator)
