Darkseid, Lex Luthor, Brainiac, Mongul... the list goes on and on. DO NOT anger the Batman.) That "Because he's Batman" notion usually works best when he has prep time (in this situation he does not). There's only so much you can do against an alien ninja in a steel exoskeleton who can create shurikens out of pure energy and can teleport at will and can disappear right in front of your eyes.
