Lephantis No Longer Drops Eleventh Storm?

I used to obtain Eleventh Storm from Lephantis. But recently I couldn't get any Eleventh Storm after running a number of ODA. Then I checked the Codex and couldn't find which one drop Eleventh Storm! How can we get the Eleventh Storm now? (except transmutation)

Lephantis never dropped eleventh storm it's the three heads before the fight that do and they don't have codex entries

As elfkinn says, its only the first stage of the battle. The heads drop it and they dont have a codex entry so it cant be listed on the 11Th storm

Can you desecrate the heads during the first part to re-run the drop table?

except corrupted vor. or maybe others, but i'm sure that you can desecrate him, even though he doesn't die (according to the lore/his dialogue)

You can mind control Corrupted Vor, so it's not surprising that you can desecrate him too.

Eleventh Storm still drops from Lephantis, but only during the first phase. Unless they ninja-patched it a few days ago since I recently got one to drop.
