Platinum Problem

I've spent $40.00 but the 740 platinum never showed up. I've sent in a ticket someone replied a day later, he told me to send an screenshot of the transaction, which I already did. I've waited two days and still nothing... What do I do? Wait even longer? All I want is a refund.

If you read the Eula you would know, you are not entitled to a refund, they can get you your platinum that you purchased, but that is about the extent of what will happen.

Send in a support ticket and be patient while they work on it. DE is probably swamped with tickets right now because of this issue so give them time.

2. make sure to restart the console / game if you can do that on the xbone
