Nova was designed by the design council, nekros was adapted from forum suggestions, valkyr was adapted from forum suggestions, hydroid was adapted from forum suggestions, oberon was adapted from forum suggestions.... ....and on top of that, many warframes have had adaptations based on forum suggestions.
